1. Agreement
These Terms of Service are between you and Ice Blueprint PTY Ltd (ACN 643 051 174) (“Nerve OS”, “we” or “us”), with an address at 2/8 Russell Court, Miami, QLD, Australia. By using the service, you agree to these terms and any workspace-specific order or agreement.
2. The service
Nerve OS provides an operating view that organizes business, commerce, marketing, inventory and operational information. Information is provided to support human decisions. It is not financial, legal, tax, investment or professional advice, and you remain responsible for checking source data and deciding what to do.
3. Fees and subscriptions
Nerve OS may be provided for an upfront application fee together with an ongoing agency subscription. Specific amounts, billing dates, taxes, refunds and cancellation rules may be set out in a workspace-specific order, proposal or separate agreement rather than in these public Terms.
4. Connected services
You are responsible for having the authority to connect your Shopify store, Meta business assets and other services if those connections are enabled for your workspace. Third-party terms, permissions, availability and data practices continue to apply. The Meta integration is designed to be reporting-only when enabled and does not request ads_management or change campaigns.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, submit secrets through public forms, interfere with service operation or use Nerve OS to violate applicable law or another person’s rights. You are responsible for the people you authorize and for the accuracy and lawful use of information entered into your workspace.
6. Availability and support
We will make reasonable efforts to keep Nerve OS available, but third-party outages, maintenance, connectivity and circumstances outside our control may affect access. Support is provided by email through ice@yktr.com.au. No guaranteed support hours or response-time service level is stated in these public Terms.
7. Ownership and feedback
We retain rights in Nerve OS, its design, software and materials. You retain rights in business information and uploaded content that you provide, and grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service. If you share feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without creating an obligation to you.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access if needed to protect the service, comply with law, address misuse or if your agreement ends. You may stop using the service and request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions.
9. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, Nerve OS is provided without promises that every data point will be complete, current or error-free. Detailed limitation-of-liability, indemnity, warranty and consumer-rights provisions remain subject to approved jurisdiction-specific wording before publication.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, except where mandatory local law says otherwise. The courts of Queensland, Australia have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
